Shipping:

  1. We may restrict the distribution of our products to certain regions according to the legal requirements for highly addictive substance  products in different countries. Our shipping methods vary depending on the delivery address. The details will be confirmed in the email you will receive after your order has been dispatched.
  2. Your order is dispatched through our delivery partner. We will arrange dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. Orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday. The delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. Weekends and holidays may have an impact on the delivery time.
  3. If you need to change your delivery details, contact customer service or send an email to info@mevol.com to change your address before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, then it will not be possible to make any changes to your order.
  4. The free shipping threshold for each order varies depending on the delivery address. If your order amount does not meet the free shipping requirement, you will need to pay the appropriate shipping charges depending on the delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost of shipping is shown on the page at the time of purchase.

 

 Delivery:

  1. Please carefully check that the parcel is not damaged before you sign for it. If the parcel is damaged, you can refuse to sign for it and return it to us.
  2. If you find that the products in the parcel are damaged after you have signed for it, please immediately record a video or take a photo clearly showing the defective products, and contact customer service or send an email containing a description of your specific problem, order number and a picture or video of the parcel to info@mevol.com within 72 hours after you sign for it. Our customer support will solve your problem as soon as possible.We reserve the right to inspect the product and decide whether we consider it to be defective. If we consider it to be defective, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
  3. After your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking information for your order. You can follow the instructions in the email to track your order details. If the shipping status has not been updated for more than 7 business days, you can contact our customer service or send an email to info@mevol.com for help.
